Bill joined the family real estate business in 1979 and was appointed President of the company in 1993.
Under his leadership, Rudin’s portfolio has grown to currently include 15 office buildings comprising more than 10 million square feet of Class-A space and 17 luxury apartment buildings. Bill puts his own personal mark on the business by giving new life to existing properties through conversions to well-amenitized, technology-smart buildings. Bill serves on the board of The Association for a Better New York (ABNY), an organization co-founded by his father over 30 years ago to help make New York City a better place to live, work, and visit. He is also the former Chairman of The Real Estate Board of New York and The Real Estate Roundtable.
