Actress, Philanthropist, Entrepreneur, and Save the Children Trustee
Jennifer Garner is an award-winning actress, philanthropist and entrepreneur best known for her roles in feature films like 13 Going on 30, Dallas Buyers Club, Love, Simon and YES DAY as well as the hit TV series Alias. Garner is a Save the Children Trustee and has worked with the organization for more than a decade. In addition to bringing Save the Children’s early childhood education programs to her home state of West Virginia, she has advocated on Capitol Hill and traveled to Arkansas, California, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington to meet with lawmakers, press and philanthropists to raise awareness and funds for the organization. In 2014, Garner joined the global non-profit board of trustees, deepening her commitment to issues affecting children in America and around the world.
In 2017, Garner co-founded the organic kid food company Once Upon a Farm with the goal of providing organic, crave-worthy snacks and meals for children of all ages. Last year, Once Upon a Farm partnered with Save the Children to launch their A Million Meals program dedicated to helping provide one million nutritious meals to kids in food-insecure communities in America by 2024.
